Shane Freels grew up in Stephenville with a passion for playing sports and the country life.
He is currently in the Stephenville High School Hall of Fame for football, powerlifting, track and soccer.
Shane was a linebacker/tailback for the 1993 undefeated State Champion Yellow Jackets. He earned All-District, Honorable Mention All-State, AAAA All-Area Defensive Player of the Year, Defensive Most Valuable Player and Academic All-District Honors his senior year.

Shane was also a regional qualifier in powerlifting for three consecutive years and lettered in track. He played varsity soccer his freshman year and went on to play football at Abilene Christian University 94'-97'.
Today, his passion for health and wellness is stronger than ever.
Shane has enjoyed a long and successful career in the fitness industry and is a certified personal trainer/performance enhancement specialist who has worked with Dallas Cowboys NFL Pro-Bowlers Roy Williams, Daryl Johnston and NFL players Arnaz Battle, Omar Jenkins and Dallas Mavericks NBA All-Stars Devin Harris, DeSagana Diop and Dirk Nowitzki and family.
Most importantly, Shane is a father of four.

JASON
Jason Holland is a dedicated fitness professional with over 13 years of experience helping individuals of all ages and abilities improve their health and performance. Raised in Stephenville, Texas, Jason has deep roots in the community where he met his wife, Courtney, and together they have built a life with their two children, Arli and Wells.

Throughout his career as a personal trainer, Jason has worked with a diverse range of clients, including those managing chronic health conditions, always focusing on sustainable, individualized results. In addition to his professional work, he has spent several years coaching youth sports, reflecting his passion for mentoring and developing others both physically and mentally.
Jason leads an active lifestyle himself, regularly competing in Hyrox events and participating in racquetball and pickleball. He also enjoys running and has completed numerous races ranging from 5Ks to ultramarathons.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and maintains multiple professional certifications, including ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, ACSM Cancer Exercise Trainer, SCW Life Coach, and Certified Mobility Training Specialist. He is also certified in CPR/AED and First Aid.
Outside of fitness, Jason enjoys watching sports, listening to music, and living out his faith, which plays a meaningful role in both his personal and professional life.
