Nutrition & Lifestyle

MVP Lifestyle focuses on helping every athlete and individual develop lifelong habits through nutrition and education. A workout is only five to 15 hours per week, so the biggest gains and changes for every athlete and individual is how they fuel and rest their bodies before and after training.​

Camps & Clinics

Our camps are designed for athletes of all ages. We provide information, education and experience on ways to become a complete three-dimensional athlete. Our camps focus on speed development, agility/prioceptive performance, strength/power development and flexibility.

GROUP & ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

MVP Athlete Training is a three dimensional training program that helps athletes become a complete athlete. We help develop the physical, mental & spiritual aspects of every athlete. Our program has helped NFL Pro-Bowler Roy Williams and Daryl “Moose” Johnston from the World Champions Dallas Cowboys to NBA All-Stars Devin Harris, DeSagana Diop and Dirk Norwitzki.

MVP Camps are designed to accommodate athletes of all skill and ages. We will provide information, education, and experience on ways to become a complete three-dimensional athlete. We will offer three types of camps; Speed, Strength & Power, and Flexibility & Agility.
